New Delhi: All tickets have been sold for the third Test match between India and England at the Sardar Patel Stadium in Ahmedabad and BCCI President Sourav Ganguly expressed his happiness over it. Ganguly said it was a good sign, but it would be decided soon whether the spectators would return to the next and biggest stage of cricket in India – the IPL. The four-match Test series between India and England is on par 1–1 and the next Test will be played at the Sardar Patel Stadium in Ahmedabad from February 24, which will be a day-night test match. With a capacity of 1 lakh 10, it has become the largest cricket stadium in the world.

Reportedly, Ganguly said on Tuesday that all tickets for the third Test have been sold out. In an interview with Star Sports, he said, “All tickets for the day-night Test match in Ahmedabad have been sold out because a match is happening here after a long time.” He said I am very happy to see the return of cricket. It would be awesome. All its tickets have been sold. I have spoken to Jai Shah (BCCI Secretary). He is constantly monitoring the preparation of Test matches there. Cricket is returning to Ahmedabad after six-seven years.
