Popular Tollywood actress and Trinamool Congress MP Nusrat Jahan is in the headlines these days. She recently claimed that her marriage with businessman Nikhil Jain is not legal but a live-in relationship as their marriage in Turkey is not recognized as per Indian law. Meanwhile, all the pictures with Nikhil have been removed from his Instagram account. He has deleted all the photos with Nikhil from social media.
It is being told that Nusrat Jahan is recently dating Yash Das Gupta, a multiple-time actor and candidate in the assembly elections. The actress issued a statement saying that since her marriage with Nikhil Jain took place under Turkish marriage rules, the marriage is illegal here. Reacting to his statement, Jain said, “I don’t want to say anything. Everything will be decided by the court. The matter is in court.”

Nusrat-Nikhil got married in Turkey
According to the information, Nusrat and Nikhil met in the year 2017-18. In 2019, both of them got married just after becoming MPs. This was the most popular wedding, which took place in Turkey. Selected people took part in it. Later, a grand wedding ceremony was organized at a five-star hotel in Kolkata, which was attended by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and other dignitaries. After this both went to Greece for honeymoon. Nusrat had shared a lot of pictures from wedding to honeymoon on her social media account, which have now been deleted.

Nusrat also claimed in her statement, “Since it was an inter-religious marriage, it needs recognition under the Special Marriage Act in India, which has not been received yet. According to the law it is not a marriage but a relationship or live-in-relationship.” Jain’s recent statement that from where he wants to get divorced. Responding to this, the MP from Basirhat in West Bengal, Jahan said, “The question of divorce does not arise because of the above reasons.” Didn’t talk because I wanted to keep my personal life to myself. Therefore, the media or any person with whom I have no relation should not question me on the ground of alienation. The said marriage is not legal, valid or valid.
Nusrat Jahan is pregnant
Nusrat has issued this statement amid speculations of rift in the marriage and reports that she is living separately and is pregnant. “When I go to any place for work or leisure, there is no need to worry about the people I am separated from,” the statement said. Contrary to what ‘someone’ claims, I bear all my expenses on my own. She added that she would not talk about her personal life or any person she was not related to. “Therefore, people who call themselves ordinary people should not have anything to do with anything to which they have nothing to do with them,” the statement said.
