New Delhi: A BJP MLA from UP has filed a complaint against Anushka Sharma, the producer of the web show ‘Paatal Lok’. The complaint states that he used the MLA’s photo in the show without permission. Actually, the picture of MLA Nandkishore Gurjar has been used in ‘Patal Lok’ in that scene when a national highway is inaugurated. Not only Nandkishore, but pictures of other BJP leaders including UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath have also been used in the show.
According to a report published in the website DNA, Gurjar also argued that a case should be registered against Anushka under the National Security Act for creating communal clashes. He also argued that it shows Gurjars as people associated with dacoits and malfeasance.
He further said that the show creates differences between different castes in India, such as Jats, Brahmins and Tyagi’s of Punjab. According to Gurjar, the show tries to tarnish the image of the BJP and tries to create a terror-free image of Pakistan, which insults India in the eyes of the world.
