MG has launched the 6-seater MG Hector Plus. It comes with either a 143PS, 250Nm, 1.5L petrol or a 170PS, 350Nm, 2.0L diesel engine. Earlier, British carmaker MG Motors had to launch the Hector Plus car in the Indian market on Monday. Booking of MG Hector Plus has been started, it is to be brought with many new features and equipment, it is a 6 seater version of Standard Hector. MG Hector Plus can be booked on the company’s website and dealership by giving an advance amount of Rs 50,000. Hector Plus will be launched in the Indian market in competition with the top-end variants (VX and ZX) of Innova Crysta. It will be priced from Rs 20.89 lakh to Rs 22.43 lakh (ex-showroom), which will be about Rs 3 lakh less than Toyota’s top-selling MPV Krista. There will be 3 engine options in this MPV car: The Hector Plus will be powered by a 2.0-litre diesel engine that will generate 170hp power and 350Nm torque. Apart from this, this car will also be available in the option of 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine which will generate 143hp power and 250Nm torque. At the same time, the third engine is also 1.5-litre petrol, but it will be equipped with 48V mild hybrid system. All models will be offered in 6-speed manual and 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission options. More features than Innova Crysta According to the report, Hayter Plus will get more features than the Innova Crysta. It has a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree camera and 10.4-inch vertical infotainment system. Apart from this, facilities like connected car technology and Wi-Fi connectivity will also be available.
