New Delhi: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s statement came on the decision of Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor and Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) President Anil Baijal to treat everyone in Delhi. Kejriwal tweeted that the order of LG Sahab has created a huge problem and challenge for the people of Delhi. Providing treatment during the Karona epidemic is a big challenge for people coming from all over the country.

He said that perhaps it is God’s will that we serve the people of the whole country. We will try to arrange treatment for everyone.

Politics has started on this entire matter. Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia blamed BJP for LG’s decision. He said that BJP pressurized the Lieutenant Governor and he overturned our decision, now people of Delhi will not be given priority in Delhi hospitals. Sisodia said that why is BJP doing politics on COVID 19 and trying to thwart the policies of the state governments?

Let us tell you that Anil Baijal has changed the decision of the Kejriwal government in which it was said that the patient will not be treated in the state government hospitals if he is not a resident of Delhi. The Lieutenant Governor has directed that no one should be denied in hospitals in Delhi, whoever comes for treatment should be treated.

Apart from this, Baijal has ordered Kejriwal to test only the non-symptomatic cases as per ICMR guidelines instead of just testing the cases for Kovid-19.

He has issued an order to resume testing of asymptomatic patients. Please tell that the Delhi government had banned the testing of asymptomatic patients of Corona. But LG has now issued an order to resume testing of all such people.
