New Delhi: Indian Army killed Hizbul Commander Riyaz Naikoo in Jammu and Kashmir. Riyaz took command of Hizbul Mujahideen after Burhan Wani was killed. After his death, praising the security forces, BJP MP Gautam Gambhir wrote on social media that never provoke the Indian Army.
Expressing happiness over the death of Riyaz Naikoo, Gautam Gambhir wrote in the tweet – ‘Riyaz Naikoo sleep well in hell. Never provoke the Indian Army. On this post of Gautam Gambhir, people are praising the Indian Army as well as saluting their spirit.’
Naikoo had been a teacher of mathematics
35-year-old Riyaz Naikoo was the most wanted terrorist. He had also previously been a teacher of mathematics. Naikoo was made the commander of Hizbul after Hizbul’s commander Burhan Wani was killed. Since then, its name had come in the top hit list of the army.
Security forces shot down like this
The Indian Army had received information on Tuesday that Riyaz Naikoo is coming to Begpora in his village Awantipora. As soon as the news was received, the Indian Army surrounded the entire village. The house in which Riyaz Naikoo was hiding blew him with 40 kg IED.
