It takes years of consistent practice to be able to get into these arm balances & we are all a WORK IN PROGRESS .. so be kind to yourself if you can’t get it in the first few attempts.. But yea .. if you keep at it .. & develop a strong overall practice .. I promise you will start flying before you know it .. P.S.
