Delhi Violence: Crime Branch Files Charge Sheet Against 15 Including AAP Former Councillor Tahir Hussain

New Delhi: Crime Branch of Delhi Police has filed a charge sheet against 15 people including Delhi Riots mastermind Tahir Hussain and his brother Shah Alam in Karkardooma Court. Petrol bombs were found at Tahir Hussain’s house during the Delhi riots. Tahir Hussain is a former councillor of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP).

The crime branch team has filed a 1030-page charge sheet in Karkardooma court. There are 70 witnesses in this case. According to the charge sheet, Tahir Hussain is the mastermind of the violence in East Delhi, he started the riots. Tahir Hussain had funded to incite violence in East Delhi. More than 1 crore 30 lakh rupees were spent in spreading violence. Tahir’s brother Shah Alam has also been accused of spreading the riot in the charge sheet.

Tahir Hussain was present at his Chand Bagh house during the violence in East Delhi. Before the riots, Tahir Hussain had a meeting with the protesters of CAA and NRC. After that, it was planned that when the President of America Trump came to Delhi, then there would be a commotion in Delhi. Whose message will go all over the world? Tahir Hussain also had a meeting with Omar Khalid in Jamia. However, Omar Khalid was not made an accused in this case.

The crime branch will file a charge sheet against 15 people, including Tahir Hussain, for spreading riots in East Delhi’s Chand Bagh.

At the same time, the crime branch will file a second charge sheet against the women of the group in the case of violence in Jafrabad. Breaking the cage, a supplementary charge sheet will be filed to make the women accused.
