New Delhi: The Delhi Police arrested Daati Maharaj, the famous name of the country and the doer of Delhi Shani Dham. Dati Maharaj, who arrived at the police station upon arrest, made a long inquiry. He was later released on bail in the late evening.
The arrest of Daati Maharaj has been confirmed by Southern District DCP Atul Kumar Thakur. According to the DCP, a case was registered against Dati Maharaj at the Maidan Garhi police station on May 23. A case was filed against him in various sections including lockdown violation and epidemics act.
The DCP further said, “Daati Maharaj was questioned at the police station for a long time on the details of the incident. After that the charges were bailable. Hence the legal proceedings were completed and the accused was released from the police station on bail.”
