Cruise Drugs Case: Aryan Khan reaches NCB office to make the first appearance after getting bail; came out after an hour

Mumbai: Aryan Khan, son of Shahrukh Khan, who was out on bail in the Mumbai Cruise Drugs Case, reached the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office today (Friday). Let us tell you that after spending about 26 days in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail, he was granted bail by the Bombay High Court on 28 October. Aryan Khan was released on 30 October. While granting bail to Aryan, the court has imposed 14 conditions, one of which is that he will have to mark his presence in the NCB office every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm.

According to this condition of the court, Aryan Khan reached the NCB office today. This was Aryan’s first appearance in the NCB office after getting bail. Aryan Khan was accompanied by his lawyer. Aryan Khan stayed in the NCB office for about 1 hour and then left from there.

These are some of the main conditions that the court has imposed on Aryan’s bail.

Aryan Khan cannot leave Mumbai without informing the investigating officer.
Attendees will have to come to the NCB office every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm.
Will not have to be in contact with any other accused.
Information related to the investigation cannot be shared in the media or social media.
Aryan has to submit his passport to the special NDPS court.
You cannot leave the country without the permission of the court.
If any of the conditions are breached, the NCB shall be entitled to apply to the Special Judge.
Significantly, a team led by NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede had raided a cruise in Mumbai on October 2 and recovered drugs. Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were taken into custody on the same charges and later all were arrested. NCB has arrested around 20 people in this case, out of which many have come out on bail.
