Sources in Indigo and Vistara said that both companies are booking for domestic flights. However, there have been no official comments from SpiceJet, Indigo, Vistara and GoAir to begin booking.
On Monday, National President of the Indian Air Travelers Association (APAI) Sudhakar Reddy criticized some airline companies for starting the booking.
He claimed in a tweet, ‘We understand that 6E (IndiGo), SpiceJet, GoAir have started booking for international flights assuming that it will start operating from June 1. Please do not get carried away by them. Your money will go to the lending account, better keep it with you.’
