New Delhi: The weather patterns have changed once again in the national capital Delhi and light rain has started in many areas. Apart from Delhi, there have been rains in many areas of NCR including Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurugram. Due to the sudden change of weather, many areas of Delhi-NCR have become dark and people have to go to turn on the lights of their vehicles.
Record temperature was recorded before the rain
Let us tell you that a record temperature was recorded in the capital Delhi for the last few days before the rains. Thursday (March 11) was the hottest day in the last nine years and the temperature had crossed 35 degrees Celsius. However, after the rains, the temperature dropped and the minimum temperature was 18 degrees Celsius.
It may rain during the day
Let me tell you that the India Meteorological Department (IMD) had forecast thunderstorms in Delhi. According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rains in Delhi-NCR even during the day and there may be hailstorms at some places as well. Earlier, at around 9 pm on Tuesday, many areas of Delhi-NCR received heavy rains with strong winds.
