New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi performed Rudrabhishek of Baba Kedarnath in Kedarnath Dham today. PM Modi worshipped in the sanctum sanctorum of Kedarnath and then circumambulated the temple. The Prime Minister also unveiled the Samadhi of Adi Guru Shankaracharya, along with laying the foundation stone and inaugurating several projects in Kedarnath Dham.

During this, PM Modi said that after the destruction, will Kedarnath Dham stand with more glory than before? Earlier people used to think, but now Kedarnath is again standing with pride and this development work has been possible by the grace of God.

PM Modi said that pilgrimage is not just for walks. This is a living tradition to see India. Referring to the migration from Uttarakhand, the PM said that the migration from here has to be stopped. The next decade belongs to Uttarakhand and tourism is going to increase here. The Prime Minister said that both the water and youth of Uttarakhand will be useful for the mountain.

The tragedy changed the picture of Kedardham

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s faith in Shiva is also seen in the rejuvenation of Shiva Dhams from Kashi to Kedarnath. About 8 years ago there was a tragedy in Kedarnath Dham. Which completely changed the picture of Kedarnath Dham.

Inaccessible mountains, adverse geographical conditions, difficult weather. People had thought that the old glory would not be able to return to Kedarnath Dham present in Uttarakhand, but the determination power from Shiva Bhakti made the dream come true. Kedarnath Dham has completely changed after the tragedy of the year 2013. Now adequate arrangements have been made for the safety of the Kedarnath temple, devotees and the servicemen living there.

PM Modi has visited Kedardham 6 times

Prime Minister Modi (Narendra Modi) reached Kedarnath Dham on Friday, the day of Govardhan Puja. He has immense reverence and faith in Shri Kedarnath Dham. Even before becoming the Prime Minister, he has been visiting Kedarnath Dham. In his first term after becoming the Prime Minister, he visited Kedarnath Dham 6 times.
