Nawab Malik, a minister in the Maharashtra government and NCP leader, has now targeted Arun Halder, the deputy chairman of the Scheduled Castes Commission, for supporting Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) zonal director Sameer Wankhede. Nawab Malik has also raised questions regarding the meeting of Sameer Wankhede and Arun Haldar on the previous day. With this, Nawab Malik has warned the President of India to complain about Arun Halder. The NCP leader said that Arun Halder, sitting on a statutory post, goes to the house of the person (Sameer Wankhede) on whom there is a needle of suspicion.
Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik said in a press conference on Monday that ‘Arun Halder, sitting in a statutory post, goes to the house of Sameer Wankhede and turns the papers and gives a clean chit that the documents are correct.’ Malik said that ‘Arun Halder’s behaviour is under suspicion somewhere. Simply saying that Wankhede did not convert to any religion and went to his house. This is raising a lot of questions.
Nawab Malik alleged that ‘Arun Haldhar will be the leader of BJP, but he will have to understand the working of SC commission. They are crossing all the limits. I have been threatened if I speak too much, I will put you in jail. You (Arun Halder) are trying to intimidate me. With this, Nawab Malik said, ‘We will complain to the President of the country and the Minister of Social Justice about Arun Halder.’
Attacked Ramdas Athawale
The NCP leader also attacked Union Minister Ramdas Athawale during this period. The Maharashtra minister said, “The minister of state for social justice, whose job is to give justice to the people belonging to the scheduled castes, supports those who got the certificate by forgery, it is unfortunate.”

Nawab Malik has also accused former CM and BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis. The NCP leader said, ‘Sameer Dawood Wankhede works in different departments in this city in the last 14 years, Devendra Fadnavis is behind his transfer and he has been brought so that illegitimate people should be implicated by publicity and drug use. The games continued in Mumbai and Goa. The entire drug game in Maharashtra was going on and is going on somewhere with the blessings of Devendra Ji. An investigation should be done that what is the connection of Devendra Ji in the drug business in this city.
