IGNOU extends date of registration of open and distance learning courses

Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has once again extended the registration deadline for fresh admissions to ODL (Open and Distance Learning) and online UG/ PG programs for the July 2021 session. The last date to apply for July session admission is October 31, 2021. The candidates who want to take admission in the program can register online by visiting the official website- ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

Documents required for registration

Scanned image (less than 100kb).
Scanned Signature (less than 100kb).
Scanned copy of age certificate (less than 200kb).
Scanned copy of educational qualification (less than 200kb).
Scanned copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 200kb).
Scanned copy of category certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200kb).

How to apply

Visit the official website of IGNOU www.ignou.ac.in.
Now go to the ‘Online Registration’ menu and scroll down to select ‘Fresh Admission’.
If you are a new applicant then proceed for the registration process or enter the user name, password and captcha code to login.
Fill the application form and upload the required documents for admission. Simultaneously deposit the fee.

Admission forms can be submitted online through the online admission system except for international students. IGNOU charges an application fee of Rs 200 along with the program fee. Once the admission form is submitted online, candidates can track the progress of their admission through the login portal.
