New Delhi: There is good news for the people living in Delhi, the capital of the country. A campaign is being started by the Delhi government, in which the vaccine slots will be made available to the people from door to door. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal himself gave information about this campaign.
‘Jahan Vote, Wahan Vaccination’ campaign
Delhi CM said that we are starting the campaign ‘Jahan Vote, Wahan Vaccination’ from today. With the help of this campaign, people will be told that at the polling station where you cast your vote, there will be a vaccine. For this, the door-to-door campaign will start soon. In the next 4 weeks, all people above 45 years living in Delhi will be vaccinated.
The team will provide door-to-door slots
He further said that not many people are coming to the vaccination centre. In the next two days, a team of officers will be constituted at the booth level, who will go door-to-door to provide slots. It will be the responsibility of the BLO to explain to the people about getting the vaccine and motivate them to go to the booth. This campaign is starting today in 70 wards.
Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal further said that from today many activities are starting again in Delhi. But take all the precautions to prevent Coronavirus completely – wear a mask, keep social distancing and keep washing hands, do not lax at all. One has to stay away from corona infection and also bring the economy back on track.
