New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called a meeting of the Council of Ministers on Friday amid the severe crisis of the Corona epidemic. This meeting will be held from 11 am. It is believed that the Prime Minister can take big decisions in this meeting. This meeting will be held in the capital Delhi. It is believed that in this meeting, the Prime Minister can declare to implement a strategy made on a war footing to deal with Corona.

PM Modi has also held a meeting with the army chief

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday held a meeting with Army Chief General MM Narwane on the management of Covid-19. In which he reviewed the steps taken by the army and other preparations. During this, Army Chief Narwane told the Prime Minister that the Army has deployed its medical staff in the service of the state governments and at the same time it is setting up temporary hospitals in different parts of the country. Prime Minister Modi tweeted, “reviewed the efforts being made by the Indian Army in the war against Covid-19”.

Meanwhile, according to a statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), Narwane met the Prime Minister and briefed him about the preparations and initiatives of the Army for Covid management and told him that the temporary hospitals of the Army in different parts of the country are also being constructed. Narwane told the Prime Minister that Army hospitals are being used in the service of the general public where possible, and for this, ordinary citizens can contact the nearby army hospital if they want. The army chief also informed the Prime Minister that where expert skills are needed in the management of imported oxygen tankers and vehicles, help is being provided by the army workforce.
