New Delhi: The High Court refused to grant relief to the Chief Minister of the country’s capital Delhi Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and 9 MLAs of the Aam Aadmi Party in the case of assaulting Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash.

The Delhi High Court today asked the lower court to debate on the framing of charges in the case. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and other MLAs are accused in this case.

Hearing the application of then Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash, the Delhi High Court gave this order to the lower court. In fact, on 14 March 2019, the Delhi High Court itself had stayed the debate on blame The High Court has modified this order today.
