Veteran Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar passed away on Wednesday morning. He was 98 years old. He was not keeping well for a long time. He had to be admitted to the hospital several times. Dilip Kumar was admitted to the hospital twice in the last one month. Today the news of Dilip Kumar’s death has been given by his friend Faizal Farooqui from his own Twitter handle.
Dilip Kumar’s real name was Mohammad Yusuf Khan. He wrote ‘Jwar Bhata’ (1944), ‘Andaz’ (1949), ‘Aan’ (1952), ‘Devdas’ (1955), ‘Azad’ (1955), ‘Mughal-e-Azam’ (1960), ‘Ganga He had acted in more than 50 Bollywood films including ‘Jamuna’ (1961), ‘Kranti’ (1981), ‘Karma’ (1986) and ‘Saudagar’ (1991).
Earlier, due to Corona, two younger brothers of Dilip Kumar had died last year. On August 21, Aslam, aged 88, and then on September 2, Ehsaan, aged 90, passed away. Due to this, Saira Banu and Dilip Kumar did not celebrate their 54th wedding anniversary on 11 October.
Dilip Sahab was born on 11 December 1922 in Peshawar (now in Pakistan) of British India. He did his studies in Nashik. At the age of 22, Dilip Kumar got his first film. In 1944, she worked in the film Jwar Bhata, but it did not perform well.
