New Delhi: The questioning of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty in the Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput case continued for the third day. On Sunday, the CBI questioned Rhea about the medical treatment given to Sushant and chat related to medicines. The answers given by Rhea during the questioning were ‘not satisfactory’. The CBI team has been questioning Rhea daily for the last three days, where she again appeared before the agency along with her brother on Sunday in connection with the interrogation. According to CBI officials, Rhea reached the DRDO guest house with her brother at 10.15 am.
Rhea got involved in these questions
A CBI source said that the agency questioned him about Sushant’s credit card and the expenses incurred during the actor’s medical treatment. He said that the CBI team wants to collect more information about Sushant’s treatment, what medicines were being given to him and how long he was being treated, it was also asked in detail. When asked questions about Sushant’s medical treatment and medicines, Rhea gave roundly answers. She did not feel comfortable when asked about Sushant’s problems and drug chat.
Interrogation has been done for 26 hours so far
According to the sources, during this period, talks were held between 1 June 2020 to 14 June 2020 from Rhea. On 8 June, Rhea Chakraborty left Sushant Singh’s flat and also blocked Sushant Singh’s mobile number. Earlier, CBI had questioned Rhea for 10 hours on Friday, while on Saturday, she had questioned him continuously for 7 hours. In this way, Rhea Chakraborty has been questioned by the CBI team for 26 hours in total.
Sushant’s sister will be questioned today
The CBI will interrogate Rhea Chakraborty for the fourth time in the Sushant case today (Monday). Along with this, the CBI team will also interrogate Sushant Singh’s sister, Meetu Singh, for this, the CBI has also sent a summons to Meetu. According to sources, today Meetu Singh and Rhea Chakraborty can be questioned face to face. There may be questions from some other people related to this case as well.
