New Delhi: In the case of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, now Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Shovit are seen surrounded. In fact, in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, Rhea Chakraborty has filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding that the police action in the FIR lodged in Patna Bihar be stopped and the investigation is transferred from Bihar to Mumbai, wherein this case already the Only investigation is going on, the police of two places cannot investigate a case.

The lawyer said that when the investigation is already going on in Mumbai and people are fully aware, then it is illegal to file a case on the same incident in the same case in Bihar and old decisions of the Supreme Court are ignored in which the Supreme Court There are many decisions in which the Supreme Court has transferred the FIR lodged in several states in the same case to the police of the state that started the investigation first.

Rhea has said in the petition filed in the Supreme Court that she was in the life in with Sushant. Said that the charges levelled against him are false, after the death of Sushant he was threatened with murder and rape, which has been reported by the Mumbai Police. He said that there cannot be a fair inquiry into the FIR registered against him in Bihar, so the investigation of the FIR lodged in Patna should be transferred to Mumbai.
