‘The Family Man 2’ actress Priyamani has been trolled a lot for her dark skin tone. She told that people made fun of her on social media. She told, ‘I was 65 kg and I used to look more than what I see now. So many people used to say that you look fat. You look great Today people are saying why are you looking thin? We used to like you the way you looked before.’
To this Priyamani replied very intelligently and said, ‘Hello, change your thinking and stick to one thing. You liked me when I was fat or do you like me now when I am thin? What difference does it make to you and who gave the right to body-shame a person?’
People said ‘black’, got this answer
Along with this, Priyamani says that she has heard many taunts about skin tone. She said that people used to say that why do I look black? Your face is white, but why are your legs black? I used to think that what has happened to people, even if I am a dark skin person then I do not believe in being fair, I think my complexion is wheatish. If I am a dark skin person then change your thinking. Don’t call anyone black, because a black person is beautiful. Lord Krishna was also black, he was beautiful.
