New Delhi: Actress Kangana Ranaut has shared some pictures of her Mumbai office, some parts of which were demolished by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) last week as ‘illegal construction’. Kangana also tagged Congress in her series of tweets and used the hashtag ‘National Unemployment Day’.
In a tweet, Kangana talked about changing her office into a ‘graveyard’. She said, ‘This is the rape of my dreams, my self-respect and my future’.
Let me tell you that on September 9, when Kangana came to Mumbai from Manali, it was only when the BMC demolished Kangana’s office.
The actress came under the target of the Shiv Sena government only after comparing Mumbai to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). Several army leaders, including Sanjay Raut, reacted sharply to Kangana’s statement. Not only this, but Raut had also threatened them not to return to Mumbai.
After this, Kangana was given Y security and Kangana reached Mumbai amidst tight security. At the same time, BMC vandalized a part of their Mumbai office, terming it as ‘illegal construction’. Kangana later approached the Bombay High Court to challenge the BMC’s notice and demanded that the action be stopped. The court then stayed the action of BMC.
