New Delhi: There has been a piece of big news about hydroxychloroquine. The World Health Organization (WHO) has succumbed to India and asked to resume the Coronavirus trial of hydroxychloroquine. On Wednesday, WHO tweeted and gave information about it. Let us tell you that recently the WHO had issued a directive to the member states that hydroxychloroquine may prove to be dangerous in the treatment of coronavirus. Therefore, stop its trial.

WHO tweeted – Based on available mortality data, committee members recommended that there is no reason to revise the testing protocol. Therefore the hydroxychloroquine trial can be resumed. The organization said that the working group will closely monitor it.

Recently, the WHO issued a directive to member states that hydroxychloroquine may prove to be dangerous in the treatment of coronavirus. Therefore, stop its trial. But Indian scientists have not only researched this medicine but have told the doctors of the country that this medicine can be avoided in the treatment of Coronavirus. The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has said in its latest research that there has been a decrease in the risk of coronavirus infection when taking hydroxychloroquine drugs.

After this, India opened a front against the WHO in the fight against the Coronavirus epidemic. India, with its new instructions and research, indicated to the WHO that the country will now go it alone in the fight against the coronavirus. The research and treatment which is necessary for the interest of the country will do the same. Also, made it clear to the scientists of India that they do not need the suggestion of WHO.

According to an official of the Union Ministry of Health, scientists and pharmaceutical companies of most western countries are always trying to downgrade the treatment of India’s very cheap medicines. Treatment of coronavirus is possible with hydroxychloroquine designed to prevent malaria. If the use of this cheap medicine to protect against the coronavirus increases, then the pharmaceutical companies of western countries may lose crores of rupees. That is why their lobby wanted to stop all trials of hydroxychloroquine by putting pressure on WHO.
