Noida: The government of Uttar Pradesh has released new guidelines in the fourth phase of lockdown. According to which markets in Uttar Pradesh will now open according to different days. All the shops can be opened in rural and municipalities except the Containment Zone. But, there is still doubt in the minds of those coming to Noida from Delhi whether there is an exemption for commuting from Delhi to Noida.
An order has been issued by the Police Commissioner and DM of Gautam Budh Nagar regarding this. According to the order, travelling to and from Noida to Delhi will be banned as before. Until the situation becomes clear on the instructions para 3 (1) and 7 (12) issued by the UP government regarding the lockdown.
Paragraph 3 (1) of the directive issued states that the inter-state movement of passenger vehicles and buses with mutual consent of the states is not allowed yet. Separate orders will be issued for this.
Let us tell you that according to the new guidelines issued by the Uttar Pradesh government, shops can be opened with social distancing. However, the opening of weekly markets in cities will not be allowed. The main vegetable market will be open from 4 am to 7 am. The retail vegetable market will open from 6 am to 9 am, fruit shops will be open from 8 am to 6 pm. Weekly mandi in rural areas will open with social distancing.
In UP, cinema halls, malls, gathering halls will remain closed. School colleges will remain closed. All religious places will remain closed. The shops that will open will have to take care that if the customer has not worn the mask, then do not let him buy the goods. All the markets will be opened according to different days, on which the officials of the district will negotiate with the trade board.
