Hyderabad: Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has taken a big decision to cancel class X examinations in Telangana. In view of the rising coronavirus cases in the state, the Chief Minister has announced to promote all the students of class X. This decision of the Chief Minister has promoted about 5.35 lakh students across the state.
According to the information, the number of corona patients in Telangana is increasing every day. In such a situation, the state government believes that it may take some time to stop the Kovid-19 from spreading. After which, Chief Minister KCR has announced to pass all the students on the basis of interim examination.
According to the press release issued by the state government, “The Chief Minister has decided to promote all students of class X to the next class by giving them grades based on internal assessment marks. In the near future, the government will decide on conducting graduate and postgraduate examinations based on the situation.”
Let us tell you that the cases of coronavirus in Telangana have increased to close to 4 thousand. According to the Health Ministry, a total of 3,496 cases of Corona have been registered in the state so far. With this, the death toll has increased to 123. It is a matter of relief that so far a total of 1,710 patients have been cured of Corona.
