Relieving News: For The First Time, The Number Of People Recovering From Corona Reached More Than The Patients

New Delhi: The cases of corona infection in the country are increasing continuously. However, it is a matter of relief that the number of patients recovering is more than 50 per cent from active cases. So far 7745 people have died due to coronavirus infection.

According to the update released by the Health Ministry till 9:00 AM today, there are 133632 active cases of corona in the country while 135206 people have been cured so far. The number of recoveries is 50 per cent more than the active cases.

In 24 hours, 9985 new cases have been reported, while 279 people have died. The recovery rate is 48.88%.

The number of sample testing is being increased every day by ICMR. Both private and government labs in the country are investigating corona infection. According to ICMR, 5061332 sample tests have been done in the country so far.

As of yesterday, 145216 samples were tested across the country to examine the corona within 24 hours.

Even though the cases of corona infection are increasing rapidly every day, but the good news for the country is that for the first time, the number of people recovering more than the existing corona patients has increased.

Yesterday, on June 9, the 16th meeting of the Ministry of Health on Coronavirus was held. Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan said that India’s condition is better than many other countries, but still, we need to be careful. Ministers and officials present in this meeting, through video conferencing, were told about the situation in India and other countries in a comparative manner. They were also given information about the situation in the country about Corona.

It was also said in the meeting that government offices are starting to open, in such a situation, there is a need to be more cautious. For which social distance, mask, hand wash should be specially taken care of.
