New Delhi: The management of Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia Dargah is closed for devotees till April 30 given the unprecedented rise in Covid cases in the national capital. For this, the Dargah Sharif has deployed special squads to provide food to the needy, who are touring the entire city and providing lunch and dinner. The Dargah Sharif is closed down for the visitors, devotees and pilgrims.

Syed Anis Nizami added that People’s occupations were snuffed out due to the lockdowns to deal with the Corona crisis. Due to lack of work, people had become so helpless that they were hardly getting food. In such a situation, Dargah Sharif emerged as the biggest support for them. Especially for Migrant workers and needy people. In Delhi too, Dargah Sharif served the people with great vigour. Food is being distributed with the following proper social distancing and is packed carefully cleanly and hygienically.


He also told that Hazrat Nizamuddin Aulia Dargah is making an effort via social media that people who are unable to visit Dargah Sharif can do a virtual visit.
