New Delhi: Shooting of films has been banned in Bollywood for the last two and a half months. Due to which all the celebs are locked in their homes, on the other hand, the daily workers of the industry are also facing a lot of financial problems. But now the very good news is coming about the industry. After the important meeting held yesterday, it has come to light that now the shooting of films is going to start very soon.
A meeting was held in Mumbai between the IFTPC Indian Film and TV Producers Council and the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWIC). After which it was decided that the work of the media and entertainment industry should be started as soon as possible. Since March 17, the industry has suffered a lot due to the lockdown, which has also faced revenue loss as well as job loss.
FWICE has proposed 25 points from the perspective of safety and health. All were discussed in this meeting. It has been considered by the producer body. The talk of giving insurance for Covid-19 to workers has also been agreed. IFTPC has talked about releasing all payments soon. Also, the list of defaulter producers has been sought by IFTPC.
According to Chief Advisor Ashok Pandit, IFTPC and FWICE that this meeting is about to start the shoot early. Looking at this meeting, it seems that the wait of Bollywood fans about new films is going to stop soon. Bollywood is getting ready to catch its pace again very soon.
In this meeting, JD Majithia, Shyam Shri Bhattacharya, Abhimanyu Singh and Nitin Vaidya were involved on behalf of IFTPC and on the same BN Tiwari, Ashok Pandit, Gangeshwar Srivastava and Ashok Dubey from FWICE.
