Coronavirus: Lockdown in Mumbai again? Minister Aslam Sheikh gave hints

Mumbai: In Maharashtra, the ever-increasing coronavirus has increased the concern. The government had to decide to lockdown in many places. Things are not good even in Mumbai. The government is considering strict decisions like lockdown or night curfew.

Cabinet Minister gave this statement

Aslam Shaikh, a cabinet minister in Uddhav Government, said, “Covid-19 cases continue to grow at the same rate in Mumbai if there is a possibility of night curfew or lockdown in some areas.” Can not be denied. Talking to journalists in the Vidhan Bhavan premises, Aslam Sheikh said, the officers have been empowered to decide on the lockdown i.e. the officers can decide the lockdown on their own understanding.

Can’t have fun on the beach

Minister Aslam Shaikh said, ‘If the pace of Covid-19 infection continues, then there is a possibility of closure of night clubs in the city. We cannot rule out the possibility of a night curfew or partial lockdown. Sheikh said Corona protocol is being strictly followed. Action is being taken against those who do not wear masks. He said, ‘The movement of people at the Gateway of India and the beaches has been stopped.’

More than 1000 cases coming every day

Let me tell you, for the past few days more than 1,000 corona cases are coming out every day in Mumbai. According to official figures, 3,34,583 COVID-19 cases have been reported in Mumbai so far. There have been 11,508 deaths from Corona.
