New Delhi: Among the increasing cases of Coronavirus in Delhi, the relief is that the recovery rate has increased to more than 77 per cent. On Friday, 2,089 new cases of Coronavirus infection were registered in the country’s capital. After which the number of cases in the state increased to more than 1.09 lakh. However, it is a matter of relief that so far a total of 84,694 patients have been cured of Corona.
According to Delhi’s health department, 42 people have died in the last 24 hours. The highest ever recorded of 3,947 cases were reported in the national capital on 23 June. While the death toll from Covid-19 was 3,258 on Thursday. So far, a total of 3,300 people have lost their lives from Corona in Delhi.
Recovery rate rising in Delhi
In Delhi, the recovery rate has also increased to 77.60 per cent amidst increasing cases of the corona. There were 22,961 tests in Delhi, out of which 2,089 positive cases ie positive rate was 9.09.
