Let us tell you what will be the relief after this exemption and where will be the restriction of exemption right now.

Will be able to do business in lockdown with conditions!
The government has approved the opening of shops with several conditions to bring back the economy. After the lockdown of the last 30 days, the central government has given great relief to open shops. Although the lockdown will remain in force till May 3, the Home Ministry has issued new guidelines on Friday to open shops.

According to the guidelines, only shops near residential colonies will open. Also, these shops should be registered under the Establishment Act of the respective state or union territories. Apart from this, only 50% of the employees will work in these shops and social distancing will have to be followed in the shops. In addition, it will be mandatory for employees to wear masks. Apart from this, employees have to follow other rules of lockdown.

Some restrictions in guidelines
However, the Home Ministry has also put some restrictions on its guidelines. According to the Home Ministry guidelines, shopping malls and shopping complexes will not open. There is no exemption in hotspots and containment zones. With this, shops in the market premises in the municipal area will not open till May 3.

Earlier, the Ministry of Home Affairs had approved the opening of shops for books and feathers. In fact, due to the lockdown that has been going on for 1 month, traders have lost crores of rupees as well as created an employment crisis. In such a situation, the government and the given exemption will definitely bring the economy back on track.
